VAT and invoicing
Where we are VAT registered, the VAT identification number is stated on every invoice. Business customers in other EU member states holding a valid VAT identification number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. We supply on a wholesale basis to business customers only.
Product standards
Goods are supplied CE and, where applicable, UKCA marked, in line with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU and the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU. Declarations of conformity, datasheets and batch information are available on request. Installation must be carried out by a competent person in accordance with I.S. 10101 or the equivalent national wiring rules.
